KN „Ius et Sport” is delighted to invite you to our next meeting on June 3rd 2015.
We are proud to announce that our guest will be Kris Lines, assistant professor and director of Centre for International Sports Law at Staffordshire Law School, Staffordshire University, Stoke on Trent (UK).
Two years have passed since our last meeting with Mr Lines at WPiA UW („Pedal Or Peddle: What Lessons Does The Lance Armstrong Scandal Have For Anti-doping?” – 19/02/2013)
The meeting’s title is: „Fifa corruption scandal”

We will focus mostly on an influence of this scandal on the future of sport organisations.
Mr Lines is a assistant professor at Staffordshire Law School whose research interests are sports negligence, doping, the regulation of sport (in particular its definition) and ambush marketing. He is an author of a textbook in Sports law published by Pearson Education and engaged in research with Mr. Jon Heshka into regulating the use of technology in sport. Mr. Lines is not only a legal scholar, but also a coach of Trampolining, Gymnastics, DMT, Cheerleading and Parkour as well as an ex-professional gymnast.
